Terms of Use
The holiday home can be rented for more than two nights. It is possible to rent the whole house for ten persons (five bedrooms) or only half – three rooms for up to six persons.
Full payment should be done by bank transfer at least 10 days before arrival. In case of cancellation only 50% of the payment will be reimbursed.
Renting cost includes bed sheets, use of kitchenware, water and electricity. Clients are expected to bring and use their own beach towels. Washing agent and tablets can be purchased and bikes rented on site. Cost of final cleaning is €60. Returnable deposit might be required. Smoking is not allowed in the holiday home, penalty €60. Losing the key - penalty €40, broken plates, glasses, cups etc €10 per item.
Check in time 15.00, check out 12.00. Personal identification document should be submitted for check in procedure; the registration card needs to be filled and signed.
Number of customers has to be in accordance with number of persons specified in the booking and on the invoice. Tenting and pets allowed if agreed in advance, additional payment might be required.
Use of open fire is not allowed in the holiday home, fire safety rules must be followed. Evacuation plan can be found in each bedroom. The client has full responsibility for any damage caused during the renting period and should cover cost of all lost and broken items.
